Progressive Care Flow Chart Report
This report displays a graphic representation of how a particular patient
population moves through the facility from admission to discharge. The report
can help identify potentially aberrant movements (e.g., from a general unit
up to an ICU) or adverse outcomes (discharge disposition of "expired") to
help focus your analysis.

Outcome Comparison Report
This report allows you to compare the overall performance of facilities,
physicians, or various aspects of a patient population by showing whether
performance is at a benchmark level or whether a potential opportunity for
improvement exists. You can further evaluate performance within a patient
population by how they moved through the facility during their hospitalization.

Daily Resource Mean Summary
This report is used to provide information for reducing treatment intensity,
reducing complications, and improving patient flow. It shows when a particular
resource was given during the patient's stay, and in what quantity. Unexpected
utilization trends may indicate the onset (and therefore, treatment or monitoring)
of a complication. If you are utilizing protocols or resource use guidelines,
actual resource use for a particular day can be compared to targeted resource
use for a particular day.

Readmission Summary
This report can be used to ascertain the reasons for readmissions as well
as the readmission rate for a selected group of patients (e.g., patients
meeting the criteria selections). For each primary reason for the readmission
(as noted by the principal diagnosis), the report displays the volume in
cases and patients, the rate, the average length of stay, and the average
number of days from the first admission.
