		California HealthCare Foundation™ The California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF), based in Oakland, CA, is a non-profit philanthropic organization whose mission is to expand access to affordable, quality health care for under-served individuals and communities, and to promote fundamental improvements in the health status of the people of California. CareScience is bringing together leading health care organizations in Santa Barbara County, CA as a pilot project to demonstrate the concept of shared information services.
